These are the 90% drawings for the parking garage that will be bordering my site to the east- the third elevation down will be the one facing my site, with bus drop-off areas in front of it. the lower portion of it will be a 'terminal' of sorts, though this is not a greyhound station or anything- the busses will be city busses, downtown trolleys, and A&M busses. The bottom elevation on the picture is facing south, which is somewhat unfortunate- why not embellish this side with the exterior stairs and facade as they have the second elevation?

Just realizing again the good fortune you have of the bus drop off proximity to your site. It makes me think that it would be really good to see a larger diagram of movement around the space, to clearly see the pedestrian possibility in context. Your scratch models help you here some but they don't actually show movement. Where does the site fit within the larger "paths" (cars, bus, walking vis-a-vis popular destinations) of the area, and especially for pedestrians. What pedestrian zones/paths would you like to incorporate and promote? What kind of entries (and at what locations) would you need to do that?
